Two young Hamilton men face dangerous driving charges after a collision early Wednesday morning in the parking lot of a fast-food restaurant near Limeridge Mall.
Police say the pair, aged 18 and 19, were fish tailing and speeding excessively when they turned into the lot off Kingfisher Drive at about 10 minutes past midnight.
The recklessless continued until a rear side tire assembly separated from the axle on one of the vehicles while the driver was trying to do a 360 degree turn. That caused the Dodge pickup to pitch sideways and roll onto its side.
The driver was not seriously hurt. There were also no injuries amongst the witnesses who had gathered around.
