The Waterloo area farm owned by the man accused of killing Tim Bosma is once again the focus of a police search.
Toronto Police have confirmed they are executing a search warrant on the property in light of some ‘new information’ related to ongoing investigations.
Constable Wendy Drummond says they are in the very early stages of the search and wouldn’t give details on what the new information was.
Police had previously searched Dellen Millard’s Waterloo area property in relation to the inveastigations of missing Toronto woman, Laura Babcock, and Millard’s father, Wayne, who died of what was said to be a self inflicted gun shot wound in 2012.
Those searches began after Bosma’s charred remains were found on the farm shortly after he disappeared in May when he took two men interested in buying his pick-up truck, on a test drive.
25 year old Mark Smich of Oakville is also facing charges in connection to Bosma’s death.
