You may notice a big pink bus on the streets of Hamilton during the next couple of days.
The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation’s pink bus tour is raising awareness that one third of breast cancers are preventable.
Spokesperson Josee Guimond says one focus is to draw attention to a free screening program for women over 50 in Ontario.
The pink bus is making six stops in the community, starting Thursday morning at the North Hamilton Community Health Centre and continuing through Sunday at the Ancaster Fair.
While on board the pink bus —– visitors can take quizzes, use interactive videos and record personal video pledges to live well.
