A Police Services Act hearing for a Hamilton Sergeant, accused of sending an unprofessional email, has been postponed again.
It has been put off 18 times since the alleged incident occurred in May 2011.
Sergeant Robert Mayea is facing Police Services Act charges for an apparent violation of the code of conduct and corporate email policies.
He has been on leave due to an unspecified illness.
The matter has been adjourned until November 19th and any further delays will need supporting documentation from a doctor.
