Family and friends of a murdered Ancaster man have filled a Hamilton courtroom, for a brief appearance by his alleged killers.
Dellen Millard and Mark Smich have been remanded until October 31st, when they’ll appear again by video.
Millard and Smich are charged with first degree murder in the killing of Tim Bosma, who disappeared in early May when he took two strangers for a test drive in the pickup truck he was trying to sell online.
Police say Bosma’s remains were found on a farm in Kitchener-Waterloo that is owned by one of the co-accused.
Lawyers for the prosecution and defence are into pre-trial arguments.
