The two men accused in the murder of Ancaster’s Tim Bosma have made another court appearance by video.
Dellen Millard and Mark Smich are charged with first degree murder in the killing of Tim Bosma, who disappeared in early May when he took two strangers for a test drive in the pickup truck he was trying to sell online.
Bosma’s remains were found on a farm in Kitchener-Waterloo, owned by Millard.
It was decided that a preliminary hearing for both men, would start on September 8 of next year and is expected to last 8 weeks.
That could mean a trial wouldn’t get underway till 2015.
The pair have been remanded until December 11.
Bosma’s widow, Sharlene, sat in the courtroom with friends and family, taking notes during Millard’s appearance.
