Two men accused in the murder of a Hamilton teenager three years ago have been found guilty.
Tyrone Chambers and Joshua David Warner were convicted today of second-degree murder in the shooting death of Brandon Musgrave and two counts of aggravated assault in the serious wounding of two others at a student house party.
The jury heard that Chambers and Warner attended the party on Dundurn Street South together, both armed with guns.
18 year old Musgrave was shot in the head after a dispute erupted over the music that was playing. Two others were seriously injured by bullets.
The jury delivered its verdict after a day of deliberations and six weeks of testimony.
