Speed and improper passing get the blame for a fatal-three vehicle collision in Ancaster.
Hamilton Police say they’ve completed their investigation into the November.21st crash on Trinity Road South which claimed the life of a 30 year old Caledonia man and sent two other drivers to hospital.
One of them a 57 year old man remains hospitalized with serious injuries.
Investigators with the Collision Reconstruction Unit have determined that the deceased driver attempted to pass two vehicles when his car was hit by a vehicle travelling in the other direction. His car then left the road and struck a hydro pole.
