Another person from Hamilton has dipped their cup into a veritable pot of gold.
Ontario Lottery and Gaming says there’s one winning ticket from Wednesday night’s Lotto 6-49 draw, and it was sold in Hamilton.
The winner hasn’t come forward just yet, but it’s worth more than 19-million dollars.
It’s the latest in a series of multi-million dollar lottery prizes to either be awarded to a Hamiltonian, or purchased in Hamilton in 2013.
Earlier this week, the OLG finished an extensive investigation by linking a 50-million dollar Lotto Max prize to Kathryn Jones of Hamilton, even though she had lost her ticket.
Other local winners include Nick Takticos and Gayle Zolaturiuk who each cashed 30-million dollar tickets.
