The Hamilton Bulldogs snapped their five game losing streak with a 2-1 win over the Toronto Marlies.
Greg Pateryn was the hero scoring in overtime to seal the deal at the Air Canada Centre.
The scoring didn’t start up until the second period when Joonas Nattinen scored at 9:59 of the second period to give the Dogs a 1-0 lead.
Toronto would even things up at 12:20 of the third as T.J Brennan scored on the power play from Percy.
After 60 minutes the teams remained tied and were forced to head into extra time.
At 3:53 of overtime it was Pateryn scoring his 5th of the season from Leblanc and Tinordi.
The two teams meet again tomorrow at Copps Coliseum.
