While one of two Canadian Greenpeace activists is due back home Friday afternoon, the family of the other is still waiting.
Alexandre Paul of Montreal is due to arrive home Friday.
But the family of Paul Ruzycki of Port Colborne says he is facing a delay because his exit visa is still not processed.
They are still hopeful he will be home by the new year.
The two are part of a group of Greenpeace protestors detained by the Russian government after a protest on an oil rig in the Arctic in September.
Both received amnesty from the Russian government.
