Snow is blanketing much of southern Ontario today.
Environment Canada says 10 to 15 centimetres of snow is expected to fall in Hamilton, Burlington and the GTA before the latest winter storm tapers off Wednesday night.
Brisk winds and blowing snow are also causing low visibility for motorists, particularly in the Niagara region.
Police are urging motorists to exert caution during the blowing snow warning.
Air travellers in Toronto and Buffalo are being advised to check the status of their flights before heading to the airport.
