Another court appearance for the three people charged in connection with the murder of Ancaster’s Tim Bosma.
Dellen Millard, Mark Smich and Christina Noudga are back in court Thursday.
Bosma vanished on May 6, 2013 after leaving home in his pick-up truck with two men after posting an online ad to sell the vehicle.
His burned remains were found about a week later at a southwestern Ontario farm belonging to Millard.
Police have said they believe the 32-year-old Bosma was killed the same night he went missing, but haven’t said where it happened.
Millard and Smich are each charged with first degree murder.
Christina Noudga, who police say was Millard’s girlfriend, is charged with being an accessory after the fact in that case.
