Hamilton Police Stumble on Grow Op

Two Glanbrook residents are facing drug charges after police stumbled on a sizable marijuana grow op.

Hamilton officers were called to the home on Westbrook Road for a disturbance call early Sunday morning and spotted some pot plants.

They  followed the trail of a garden hose and found two more growing areas with hundreds of plants.

The operation is estimated at 750 thousand dollars.

The 55 year old man and 43 year old woman  are each facing a charge of possession of marijuana and  trafficking.

The man is also charged with two counts of failing to comply with probation. (Hamilton Spectator)
