The Labour Day Classic between the Ticats and Argos is a go.
City officials have announced that Tiger-Cats received a temporary partial occupancy permit for Monday.
The permit allows access to the stadium as of 7am Monday morning and includes all of the east stands and levels 1 through 3 of the west stands.
Ed VanderWindt, Director of Building for the City of Hamilton says ”We can now confidently assure the public that my staff have conducted a thorough inspection and can confirm that Tim Hortons Field meets all of the safety requirements for this permit under Ontario Building Code.”

Kickoff is at 1pm and the game will be followed by a special two hour edition of The 5th Quarter.
