So, no what?
What does Tom Brady do, and what does the NFL do?
A federal appeals court in New York has ruled the Patriots superstar quarterback must serve the four game suspension that was imposed by the NFL for the “Deflategate” scandal.
That’s when Brady allegedly was involved in deflating footballs in the 2015 AFC Championship game.
The ruling overturns a lower court ruling and sides with the league.
“Tom Terrific,” however, has a couple of options, including appealing to the full 2nd Circuit Court or to the U.S. Supreme Court.
I don’t think he’ll take either of those options, though, and I’m not sure the NFL wants the issue to remain in the courts either.
I think fans just want this story to go away, and I’m sure many are calling for both sides to negotiate a settlement.
Unless you’re Pats fans.
Reduce Brady’s suspension to two games, fine the team and let’s get on with it.
