Hamilton Police say an investigation into a homicide at the Admiral Inn earlier this year has concluded with no charges laid.
25 year old Tammy Le was found dead at the hotel in January.
An autopsy revealed that she had died from external neck compression.
Hamilton Police have now identified Terry Moore as the man found deceased in the wooded area nearby.
Local analysis by the Forensic Services Branch found that Moore’s fingerprints were located within the hotel room occupied by Le and have linked Le and Moore together at the time of her death.
Police say evidence leads investigators to believe that Moore contacted Le through an escort advertisement that night but otherwise were unknown to one another.
No other suspects are being sought.
Had Moore lived, Hamilton Police have say he would have been arrested and charged with first degree murder.
