No signs of cooling down for the Hamilton real estate market.
The Realtors Association of Hamilton Burlington is reporting sales were
2.7 per cent lower than the same month last year yet still 13 per cent higher than the 10-year average.
The average price of freehold properties increased 14.5 per cent compared to April of last year.
The average number of days on the market for freeholds decreased from 27 to 25.
