The jury in the Tim Bosma murder trial is not sitting today, but that doesn’t mean there isn’t work being done.
The judge is crafting his instructions for the jury and will be taking input from the lawyers involved with formal legal arguments due Tuesday and Wednesday.
The judge’s instructions will begin on Friday and deliberations will likely begin on Monday June 13.
After listening to four months of witness testimony and seeing dozens of exhibits, jurors listened to closing arguments last week.
Co-accused Dellen Millard and Mark Smich have pleaded not guilty to killing the Ancaster man in 2013.
