The judge at the Tim Bosma murder trial is concluding his final instructions to the jury today.
Justice Andrew Goodman is recapping some of the more significant testimony of the four month trial.
Justice Goodman says there is overwhelming evidence Dellen Millard and Mark Smich were the ones who took the Ancaster father for a test drive before his death on May 6, 2013.
But he told the jurors it’s up to them to decide what happened after that.
Goodman told the jurors they have four options, finding the co-accused guilty of first or second degree murder, manslaughter or not guilty.
Smich and Millard have pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder.
Later today, jurors are expected to begin deliberating a verdict in the first degree murder case.
