Call it a cat fight.
The Tiger-Cats and Lions clash Friday night at Tim Hortons Field in Hamilton’s 2016 home opener.
Both teams are trying to start their season with two straight wins after the Cats beat the Argos and B.C. took down the Stampeders in Week 1.

After missing Hamilton’s season opening game with an injury, All-Star defensive tackle Ted Laurent will make his season debut.
Receiver Tiquan Underwood and linebacker Ron Omara will also play their first game of the year, replacing receivers Terrence Toliver (on the 6 game injured list) and Mike Jones.

Week 1 star performer Simoni Lawrence and the Ticats defence will attempt to limit the dual threat that B.C. quarterback Jonathon Jennings presents.
Jennings threw for 248 yards and rushed for 41 more in the Leo’s 20-18 win over Calgary last week.
On the flip side, the Lions will face Jeremiah Masoli, who put up 318 passing yards and three touchdowns in Hamilton’s 42-20 victory in Toronto.
