The federal government wants to get a better idea of what Canadians think about immigration.
An online form has been launched that asks the respondent to consider how many newcomers should be welcomed in 2017 and beyond.
It also asks for suggestions on how to best support newcomers and what Canadian values are important to share in order to help with the integration process.
Submissions can be made here until August 5th.
Minister John McCallum has also set up a series round table discussions on the topic across the country.
