A court appearance for two men in connection with the death of a Hamilton man.
Twenty-five year old Erick Reid, from Scarborough and 23 year-old Odain Gardner, from Hamilton, are charged with first-degree murder in the death of 40 year-old Neil Harris.
He was shot dead in broad daylight February 18, outside the Influence Barber Shop at 600 Upper Wellington Street.
Reid’s defence counsel Monte MacGregor, said he client was picked up on a warrant in Calgary on Friday and returned to Hamilton yesterday.
MacGregor said Reid was visiting family in Calgary when he was arrested.
Both have been remanded into custody and are scheduled to appear for a video bail hearing on August 3.
