The local real estate market continues its hot streak.
The Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington has released its numbers for the month of July.
And while sales this year are lower than 2015, they are 13.2 per cent higher than the 10-year average.
Listings are 7.5 per cent lower than the average, indicating a continued undersupply of available properties to meet demand.
The average number of days on the market decreased from 33 to 24 for freehold homes compared to July of last year.
