A Hamilton doctor is facing a three-month suspension.
Dr. Ira Price, who specializes in medical marijuana, pleaded no contest to allegations he altering a medical record and mislead an investigator regarding his patient’s chart.
The allegations against Price, the medical director of Synergy Health Services Inc, came from a patient who visited Price from December 2012 to April 2014.
The patient complained that Price had acted unprofessionally by terminating him from his practice.
Price said in a statement, that the patient refused a physical examination.
The patient is denying that.
