A new date has been set for what is expected to be a first in Canadian law.
Binbrook resident Robert Badgerow is due in a Kitchener court on September 19th in the 1981 murder of Diane Werendowicz.
Her body was found in a ravine partially hidden under a tire. She was 24.
It will be the fourth trial for Badgerow.
The first trial was in 2001 and ended in a conviction.
However that was overturned on appeal and the next two trials ended in hung juries.
The Crown had to go to an Appeal court to get permission for the fourth trial.
