A lawsuit has been launched against the man who killed three children and their grandfather near Vaughn while driving drunk .
Mother to the children, Jennifer Neville-Lake made a plea outside of a court house earlier this year when Marco Muzzo was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Her message was that when you choose to drink and drive you’re hurting other families.
Muzzo pled guilty to four counts of impaired driving causing death and two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm.
The Neville-Lake family is now suing Muzzo for more than 25 million dollars.
His family’s construction business is also named in the suit because it allegedly owned the exotic car Muzzo was
driving and failed to ensure it was mechanically sound.
Muzzo had been driving home, a year ago, when he ran a stop sign and collided with a van.
