I, like most, predicted what we saw in the U.S. presidential debate last night.
Donald Trump needed to do more than keep repeating “We’re going to make America great again, it’s going to be so beautiful” in order to be president
Most predicted in a 90 minute debate Hillary would kill him with content while Donald dodged any depth by repeating the same lines over and over.
And that’s exactly what happened.
By mid-way point Trump looked tired, fidgety, out of breath, dry mouthed, and was all over the map when giving what should have been simple, short answers.
Hillary stood her ground and used her experience to let Trump trap himself.
Donald was seen as contradicting facts and interrupting, only to repeat points he had already made.
He looked very unprepared, something that isn’t good on any job interview, let alone one for President of the United States.
It was evident by body language who won the debate when the Clinton family came off the stage to shake hands in the crowd afterwards, and the Trumps stayed on stage quietly amongst themselves, then exited first.
Round 1, Hillary.
