The McMaster Athletic Hall of Fame honours two new inductees Friday night.
Former football player Ryan Donnelly and women’s basketball player Katie Coulson will be enshrined at a ceremony at the David Braley Athletic Centre.
The 33rd annual McMaster Athletic Hall of Fame induction ceremony begins at 6 p.m. and is part of Homecoming weekend.
Donnelly was an offensive lineman with the Marauders and helped McMaster win its first Yates Cup in 2000.
Mac repeated the feat 2001 when Donnelly earned his third straight OUA First Team All-Star nod and was named a CIS All Canadian for the second consecutive year.
Coulson was regarded as one of the premier defensive players in Canada and was the inaugural winner of the OUA Defensive Player of the Year award in 2001.
The two-time team captain and four-time CIS Academic All Canadian won the top defender award again in 2003.
