Halton Police have now laid charges against the driver of a pig truck that toppled over in near a pork processing plant in Burlington, Wednesday.
The 25 year-old male from Brunner, Ontario faces one count of careless driving and one administrative-related charge.
Anita Krajnc who was on the scene with protestors also faces charges for obstructing police and breach of recognizance.
Krajnc is already facing charges for feeding water to a pig destined for the same slaughterhouse last summer.
Witnesses to the collision who have not yet provided statements are asked to contact police.
