A man has been sentenced to four years in prison after a fatal crash in Stoney Creek.
David Megna pleaded guilty to impaired driving causing death and impaired driving causing bodily harm in connection with last fall’s crash on Paramount Drive near Upper Mount Albion Road.
Police say the 26-year-old Megna had three times the legal limit of alcohol in his blood when his BMW slammed into a minivan on September 4, 2015.
22-year-old Tyler Torres, a passenger in the van, died in the crash.
Once he’s released from prison, Megna will be banned from driving for four years.
