Sounds like the developer responsible for one of the first downtown condo projects wants to take advantage of Hamilton’s real estate boom.
Vernon Shaw developed the Pigott building in the mid-1990s.
He’s now looking at two new projects.
The first is at the corner of King and Caroline streets.
The other is kitty-corner from the city’s new GO station in the North End.
Shaw tells the CBC, he plans to submit his plans to city hall in the next few weeks.
