More trouble for a Hamilton mortgage broker already facing criminal charges.
The CBC is reporting Dennis Khanna is now facing allegations from the CRA that he and his wife under-reported their income by more than a million dollars in 2008 and 09.
The filings allege neglect, carelessness, wilful default or fraud in their handling of their tax returns.
Khanna is already charged with mortgage fraud and sexual assault after clients accused him of bilking them out of their money and homes.
The Financial Services Commission of Ontario will also begin hearings on Friday as the provincial regulator for mortgage brokers moves to revoke his licence.
