Told you yesterday about a tweet from the cell phone of newly signed Bengals receiver Terrell Owens.
It read -- "Ocho Uno is coming 2 town!! Hey Robin, Batman will b there soon!" -- implying that he and Chad Ochocinco were ready to dominate the NFL.
A harmless tweet, as most are.
But sometimes guys go just a little overboard with Twitter.
Just ask Rob Murphy -- or Big Murph 56 in the Twitter world.
The hulking Argos offensive lineman has been fined by the CFL for distasteful comments he made on Twitter.
Quote -- "At train station... pumped to be smelling foreigners this early in the A.M. They smell less offensive this way... little known fact."
He then added this one
Quote -- "OK... the novelty of riding on a train through Ontario and Frenchland has worn out... get me off this damn thing."
The Buffalo native later removed the tweets and apologized.
No word, though, whether Murphy is going to stick to posting nice tweets from now own -- and stop being a twit.
