You can now make plans to view the Olympic torch as it passes through Hamilton next weekend.
Organizers have confirmed the route which it will follow on Saturday night and Sunday morning.
The torch is to arrive at Main and Dundurn Streets at 6:30 on Saturday evening, following Main to Bay, Bay to Cannon and along York Boulevard to Dundurn Castle where a community celebration will be taking place.
On Sunday, the torch relay resumes at 7:25 at City Hall. It will then head east along Main, Queenston and Highway 8, reaching Fifty Road at 10 o'clock.
A new torchbearer will carry the flame every 300 metres.
Next Monday, the torch will be at our CHML/Y108 studios between 10am and 2pm.
Anyone wanting their picture taken with it and to meet Ron Foxcroft can do so for a $5 donation to the CHML Children's Fund.
