With the PanAm Velodrome slated for Milton, the Hamilton Future Fund wants its five million dollars back.
That is the money it gave to the city for a Hamilton Velodrome site.
Hamilton's Finance Director Robert Rossini says the money is currently lying in limbo because councillors have not made a decision about the five million dollars.
Hamilton Future Fund Chair Tom Weisz says it should be returned to the fund's coffers.
