Traffic on the east mountain will be a little trickier than normal starting today.
Public Works crews are set to begin construction at the intersection of Mud and Paramount.
The work involves new concrete curbs along Paramount Drive, and the reconstruction of the intersection itself.
Traffic will be reduced to one lane in each direction, with turning restrictions in place.
Officials say motorists should expect significant delays in the area until the project is completed in late August.
