The Tiger-Cats have added two more players to their practice roster.
Hamilton has signed import defensive back John Bowie and import defensive lineman Monte Lewis.
Bowie, a 5-11, 185 pound native of Columbus, Ohio, joins the Cats after spending time with the Oakland Raiders, Cleveland Browns and Cincinnati Bengals.
Bowie was selected by the Raiders in the fourth round (110th overall) of the 2007 NFL Draft after recording 44 tackles and two interceptions at Cincinnati.
Lewis, who stands 6-3, 241 pounds, recorded 90 tackles, 28 tackles for a loss, eight quarterback sacks, four forced fumbles and three blocked kicks four seasons at Jacksonville State.
The native of Abbeville, Alabama attended training camp with the Washington Redskins earlier this year.
The Ticats visit Edmonton this Friday night on CHML in a battle of 5-and-8 teams jockeying for playoff position.
