Hamilton police believe a Dundas man is responsible for a series of indecent acts in the west end over the last few months.
The latest was last Thursday night when a woman called police to report a man conducting an indecent act on an HSR bus.
Since then police were able to identify the suspect and made an arrest on New Years Eve.
Geryss Habib is facing four indecent act charges.
It's alleged the 43 year old has been openly exposing himself to women and masturbating.
Police believe there may be more victims and are looking to speak with them.
