Education Minister imposes contract on teachers
CHML
1/3/2013

Ontario's governing Liberals are imposing new contracts on tens of thousands of teachers and education workers in public schools across the province.

Education Minister Laurel Broten says she's using Bill 115 to impose the new collective agreements on elementary and high school teachers, to freeze wages and stop strikes as the government battles a $14.4-billion deficit.

However, Broten says once the contracts are imposed, the government will move to repeal the controversial law.

The move comes two days after the cut-off date for the unions to reach local agreements with school boards.

Looks good on the union, I seem to recall that it was due to you guys voting for your Liberal buddies that got them elected in the first place.
You have no reason to whine , you get what you wish for.

Why do people believe they will repeal Bill 115???

The Liberals have lied so many times before that I don't believe it.
Maybe they'll do the old smoke and mirrors trick and change it's numbers or some other trickery.
