Hamilton police are on the hunt for a suspect in a stabbing over the weekend.
A warrant is out for 22 year old Richard Jessop of Hamilton after the incident early Saturday morning.
Police were sent to a home at 18 Centennial Parkway South near Faircourt Drive about four Saturday morning and found a man with stab wounds.
22 year old Charles Jankevicius is still in the I-C-U at Hamilton General Hospital.
The warrant for Jessop is on charges of attempted murder and breach of probation.
Police say the victim and the accused knew each other, but have not said how.
Jessop has a conviction for manslaughter, among other things.
He's described as six-foot-five with a slim build, short brown hair and brown eyes.
Police say he is dangerous and if you see him call 9-1-1.
