A 40 year old Hamilton man has been charged after
an incident Sunday afternoon at the Mapleview Mall.
Three young girls were shopping when one of them noticed
the man's cell phone was recording her friend's behind.
They confronted the man and he left the store.
40 year old Jason Bellavia has been charged with mischief and voyeurism
and will be in a Milton court on February 20th.
