Halton Police have now laid charges in connection with a crash in Kilbride last month.
On January 7th, police say a northbound pickup truck collided with a southbound car on Cedar Springs Road, near McNiven Road.
A 36-year-old woman in the car suffered serious injuries.
As a result of the investigation, the driver of the pickup -- 58-year-old James Taylor of Puslinch -- has been charged with failing to drive in a marked lane for crossing the centre line.
He will appear in court next month.
