The Ontario College of Teachers has revoked the licence of an Ancaster teacher who worked in the Brantford area.
31-year-old Dustin Rouse was found guilty by a disciplinary panel last month for abusing a student verbally and sexually.
Rouse pleaded guilty in 2011 to luring a child via computer for sexual exploitation and for the purpose of facilitating the commission of an offence.
He was given a 12-month conditional sentence, including house arrest for six months, and three years probation.
Police say the offence took place at an unidentified school in the Grand Erie School Board between 2007 and 2009.
