Hamilton police say the death of a Hamilton man who fell from a 6th floor balcony is not suspicious.
Officers were called to the 13-storey building on Mohawk Road West, between Rice and Magnolia, Tuesday afternoon.
Investigators say the man was a tenant.
His name has not been released.
