An arrest has been made in the city's first traffic fatality of 2013.
A 55 year old Hamilton woman was killed on January 17th after her vehcile was T-boned at the intersection of Britannia and Paling Avenue in the east end.
The impact sent the car skidding onto the front lawn of a house.
The woman died at the scene. The driver of the other vehicle and other victims were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A 27-year-old Hamilton man has been charged with careless driving, disobeying a stop sign and driving while under suspension.
