The Ticats have made a couple moves ahead of tomorrows free agency window.
The team coming to terms with Offensive Lineman Brian Simmons and Defensive Back Bo Smith.
Simmons started all 18 games last season at left tackle.
Smith has played 56 games over five seasons with the Ticats picking up 163 tackles and six interceptions.
Both players were set to become free agents tomorrow.
