The Tiger-Cats have made a splash on day one of CFL free agency.
Hamilton has signed linebacker Shomari Williams and defensive lineman Brian Bulcke, both Canadians.
The Cats followed that up by bolstering their secondary with the acquisition of defensive back Evan McCollough from Toronto.
The 27-year-old Williams spent the last three seasons with the Saskatchewan Roughriders and was the team's second leading tackler in 2012 with 59.
Saskatchewan selected Williams first overall in the 2010 draft, while Bulcke was taken 6th overall that year.
Bulcke, who's 25, has made 29 defensive tackles and 3 sacks in 22 regular season games.
The 25-year-old McCollough has spent the last three seasons with the Boatmen, where he averaged 53 defensive tackles a season.
The native of Glenarden, Maryland has five career interceptions and 4 fumble recoveries.
