An educational assistant in Burlington is facing a charge of possession of child pornography following an investigation by Halton Police.
The 64 year old was arrested at his home yesterday and has been held for a bail hearing that was scheduled for today.
Gary O'Brien works at Notre Dame Catholic School and has been suspended from his duties by the Halton Catholic District School Board.
