As Hamilton city councillors continue to look at the issue of Rapid Transit, many businesses along one of the proposed routes admit they're nervous.
Councillor Chad Collins says he has spoken with virtually every business owner along Queenston Road from the Red Hill to Centennial Parkway.
He says they're worried about access into their businesses and the fact a proposed rail line would block their entrances.
He says staff has suggested the only way to counter the problem is for motorists to drive to the next intersection and turn around.
Collins says that may be enough for many customers to shop elsewhere.
